Section 92
Persons who may be involved in insider trading
For the purposes of this Act, the following persons shall be deemed to be persons having access to inside information or information not made public by any organized body:-(a) a person who may receive any information or information as a director, employee or shareholder of that organized body, ( b) A person who can receive any information or information as a professional service provider to that organized organization, (c) A person or person mentioned in clauses (a) and (b) who can receive any information or information by directly or indirectly contacting the source.
